- It generally takes approximately 20 minutes for a couple to greet their guests and loved ones after a ceremony. The entire receiving line is not filmed. Specific moments are selected and filmed from various angles.
- I understand that my completed wedding video will be ready approximately 10-12 weeks from my wedding date. This period may be longer in peak season.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with anything after you receive your wedding film, the client agrees to immediately get in touch with Reel Irish Wedding, in writing, detailing what is wrong. The client must do this within 14 days of receipt/delivery of the wedding film. Extra editing may incur additional charges depending on what it entails. If something is wrong with the edit, and if it’s the fault of Reel Irish Wedding, and if it can be rectified, Reel Irish Wedding agrees to rectify the error and send new edits to the client without charge.
- Reel Irish Wedding shall be granted full artistic license by the client, and Derek's judgement regarding filming and editing shall be deemed correct unless previously discussed and agreed with the client prior to the event/occasion in writing.
- No responsibility is accepted if speeches or other events of the day happen spontaneously outside of the agreed upon times that they were supposed to happen, and are subsequently not captured as a result.
- Drone filming. Drones cannot fly in strong winds or any kind of rain or adverse weather conditions.
It is the couple's responsibility to obtain permissions from the venue. I will comply with all rules and regulations set out by the IAA to ensure safe flying at all times, including but not limited to safe distances from all people and buildings and the drone cannot fly directly overhead of a mass group of people for safety reasons. If for any reason I feel that it is unsafe to fly on the day, my decision is final. The drone can only be flow during daylight hours. The footage being shot by the drone will mainly consist of Ariel footage of landscapes close to or at the ceremony or venue location.
